The Martian Wave was one of the first on-line speculative fiction zines, and was published by ProMart Writing Lab.  With the passing of ProMart leader, Jim Baker, the zine moved to Samís Dot Publishing, which at the time was owned by Tyree Campbell.  Eventually the pioneering e-zine was changed to a print magazine with a much narrower focus.
